Here at Emperors we offer a variety of classes for all types of people. Legs, bums and tums sessions are great for toning up and the circuit session really gets the heart beating, and indoor cycling is the perfect high intesity cardio session. We also have Wing Chun Kung Fu and Kickboxing sessions once a week which will aid with full body conditioning as well as teaching discipline. If you don't fancy that then come chill out and relax with our beginners yoga class or thai-chi. Whatever you are looking for we are sure we have something to suit you. Qualified instructors get great results

All of our classes are run by qualified professionals and are scheduled to give the maximum benefit to the participant.

We carefully vet our instructors to ensure that their standards meet our own high standards. Their qualifications must be up to date and their attitude correct to be able to work with us here at Emperors. We are delighted with the team we have.


 

You don't have to be a member
If you are just looking to pop to the gym once a week then maybe a full time membership isn't right for you. Our classes are available to the public for a small fee, so there's no need to join up if you don't want to. However there are many more benefits from becoming a full member you might like to consider.


 

Strapped for time?
We run sessions all day every day so if you are unable to make it to the gym in the evening, why not pop in on a lunch time to get your training fix. We'd love to see you.



Need advice ?

Our helpful and friendly staff members are always at hand to offer advice on all the different aspects of getting, and staying, fit and healthy. From diet and nutrition to workout regimes, our staff will always be happy to field any of your questions and, if they don't know the answer, they'll probably know someone that does!
